Cancellation/No-Show Policy

At True North Salon & Spa, appointment times are reserved especially for each guest. Because we often schedule back-to-back appointments and have limited availability, we require advance notice for any changes.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Changes
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled, changed, or impacted by late arrival within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Appointments canceled with proper notice will not be charged.


No-Shows
A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without notice or arriving too late to receive the scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.


Repeat Cancellations and No-Shows
We track appointment cancellations and no-shows to ensure fairness to our team and other guests. While we understand that emergencies happen, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments, including those attributed to emergency situations, may result in charges being applied in accordance with this policy. Guests with a history of frequent cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be subject to booking restrictions.


Card on File Authorization
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments. By booking an appointment at True North Salon & Spa, you authorize us to securely store your card on file and to charge your card for applicable late cancellation, late change, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Fees will be processed using the card on file.


Stylist Timing, Late Arrivals, and Delays
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. If we are unable to complete the scheduled service due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late change or no-show and charged accordingly.

We strive to stay on schedule while providing thoughtful, unrushed care to every guest. Because services vary and we prioritize quality over rushing, occasional delays may occur. If your service provider is running behind, our team will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. Short delays do not automatically result in discounts or refunds. If a delay significantly impacts your ability to receive your service, our team will work with you to adjust or reschedule your appointment.

Emergencies & Courtesy
We understand that emergencies happen and will review these situations on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.

By booking an appointment online, by phone, or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
